Help CenterOur uniform policy is as follows for NoGi:
Competitors must wear a skin tight rash guard/compression shirt. Both long and short sleeve are acceptable.
Competing shirtless or in a t-shirt is forbidden.
Male competitors MUST wear board shorts with no pockets, zippers, or hard material of any kind. They may choose to wear skin tight spats/compression pants underneath the shorts.
Female competitors may choose to wear just skin tight spats/compression pants, board shorts without any pockets, zippers, or hard materials of any kind, or a combination of both.
NoGi uniforms can be of any colour.
